Investing in our community
In an exciting community development today we have started a conversation with Escape to Make (E2M), a charity dedicated to empowering young people through creative workshops.
We hope our collaboration, which will include both financial and in-kind support will help to inspire the next generation and make a tangible difference in the lives of these fantastic young people.
A remarkable charity making a positive impact
E2M is a safe place for young people aged 11 to 18, to explore their passions, develop practical skills, and express themselves creatively.
“It takes us away from school pressures and gives us a balance. I learned these amazing new skills that I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to learn anywhere else!”

Empowering the Next Generation
Their work supports 11-18-year-olds in Lancaster and Morecambe to make things, make friends and make a difference in their community. They achieve this through running year-round Clubs and 2 ambitious Projects each year. Using surveys, interviews and other tools they have a realm positive impact on young people and the wider community.
James Kelly is passionate about helping young people echoes this sentiment: “We’re super excited about our involvement with such a wonderful organisation which is doing something meaningful to inspire and support young people in our community.”
